Principals
Jeff Garson
Jeffrey Garson has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. His journey in real estate began alongside his grandparents. Since joining the company at the age of 25, Jeff has been successful in obtaining site plan approval for subdivisions in Westchester and Putnam County. Jeff has built and developed multifamily apartments buildings as well as regional strip centers in Westchester County. Jeff remains deeply entrenched in the day-to-day operations of the company, providing valuable oversight and lending his expertise to every facet of its operations. Jeff graduated from NYU with a BS degree and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. Jeff is a member of the New York State and Florida Bar Associations.
Brett Garson
Brett has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate. Brett began his career at C.B. Richard Ellis in Stamford, CT where Brett was responsible for facilitating, underwriting and financial analysis and production of marketing materials for all assets classes and due diligence coordination. Brett later transitioned to Marcus & Millichap where he focused on multifamily sales in Manhattan. Brett joined Garson Brothers in 2016 and oversees all aspects of the company, including daily management operations while also sourcing new multifamily acquisitions that are existing or ground-up construction. Brett graduated from Indiana University, Class of 2012 with a BS degree. Brett is a member of the Tompkins Bank Business Development Board.
Tosh Garson
Tosh began working for Garson Brothers in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing management, construction, and maintenance of existing assets. Tosh dedicates himself to the preservation and enhancement of all of Garson's real estate holdings, particularly focusing on older properties that require hands on repairs and maintenance activities and projects. Moreover, Tosh is well-versed in the complex landscape of NYC's rent regulations and has in-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations as it pertains to development and capital improvements. Tosh graduated from Fordham University with a BS degree.
